Can I share the Women Rising program content with my friends/colleagues/team?
In order to have the full Women Rising experience, and be compliant with our terms, each member is required to purchase their own membership during our enrollment period. This is true for the public program as well as any corporate members.
We don’t allow sharing memberships or program materials and doing so is a violation of our terms and may be grounds for immediate removal from the program.
If you’d like to purchase an additional membership during enrollment, or as part of your corporate membership program, please write to our team at support@womenrisingco.com and we’ll be happy to set that up for you!
My name/email address is different than when I first signed up. How do I update it?
If you’d like to change your name and any info in your member profile, select My Account in the top right menu bar and make any changes you’d like and click “Update Profile”,
If you have a new email address or would like to change the name we have on file, email us at support@womenrisingco.com and we’ll get that changed up for you.
I’ve sent an email and I’ve gotten no response. Help!
We reply to every email we receive as quickly as we can. If you haven’t heard from us in a few days, or suspect that your message was eaten by electronic gremlins, please resend it to support@womenrisingco.com. Our Customer Love Team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST– if you send us a message over the weekend, we’ll get back to you the following week.
